How do I link my calendar to ViewPro?

You can link your Outlook, Office 365, Google and iCalendar with ViewPro. This is done from your Profile page within your Agent Dashboard. Once logged in click on your name in the top right hand corner, then My Profile. At the bottom of the page you will see the ‘Connect’ button.

Is my data safe?

ViewPro is the trading name of Property Technology Ltd, which is a registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller Registration reference: ZA179254. All data is stored in compliance with regulation, using bank grade encryption, in servers within the European Union.

Am I tied into a long contract using ViewPro?

Your contract can be ended on one month’s notice or at any point during your trial period. You can also receive a discount on your subscription by paying for a full year in advance.

Is ViewPro right for my agency?

ViewPro is most suitable for agents that want to embrace new technologies, surpass consumer expectations, stand out from competitors, improve efficiency in their business, and compete with online agents.

Does this work with my current property management software?

If you arrange viewings using an Outlook/Office 365 of Google Diary you will be able to use ViewPro. If you use the diary in your management software an integration is required. We are currently developing integrations with SME Professional and LetMC however we require your support to lobby the other management softwares to integrate with ViewPro.

How do I cancel or reschedule an existing booking?
You can amend or cancel a viewing at anytime by logging into your Agent Dashboard. Once logged scroll to the property you wish to change viewings for. Click on the ‘Viewings’ link and you will see all scheduled viewings. From here you can amend or cancel by clicking the buttons on the right hand side.
How do I review and approve a viewing?

All requested received can be reviewed on your Agent Dashboard. Simply log in and you will able to see all properties you currently have available and the viewing requests on each.

How do I add/edit users?

There are two types of user on ViewPro. A Manager and an Agent.
A Manager has the ability to add and edit users whereas an Agent does not.
If you are signed in as a manager click on your name on the top right hand corner of the page. Then choose – Manage team. From here you can amend users.
How do I schedule viewings for a property?
You can schedule viewings for each property for your Agent Dashboard. Once logged into the system you should click on the small calendar Icon to the right of the property address.

How do I edit my notification preferences?

Notifications can easily be switched on or off. Once logged into your dashboard, click on your name on the top right of the page and select My Profile. From here you will see two check boxes for email and sms notifications. When these are ticked you will receive notifications. SImply uncheck to stop these.
