Property Technology Remote Training £60 per hour

Whether you are setting up Property Technology for the first time or you are switching from an existing letting and sales viewing booking system, it is difficult to know the ins and outs of a tool and be confident that you are setting your team up for success. Property Technology (PT) Training is designed to assist agents in setting up the software, changing processes and feeling comfortable in a new way of working.

A PT Consultant will provide an hour long phone / screen share based consulting sessions to help you get the most out of your letting and sales viewing booking system. We will guide you through process planning, best practices and team adoption to ensure your letting and booking viewing booking processes match the buyer’s journey and the way your team likes to sell.

Property Technology On-site Training £300*

A PT Consultant will provide a half day of consulting and instruction on site to support the adoption of the new way of working. The objective is to help you get the most out of your PT lettings and sales viewing booking system. We will advise you on setting up your letting & sales viewing booking processes in the system as well as managing on site viewings and reporting. Our goal is to ensure your PT instance matches or significantly improves your property letting and sales viewing booking process and the way your team likes to sell.

*This is for 4 hours in office training, travel expenses not included.

What’s Included

The On-Site training includes a check on the set-up, configuration and management of your PT lettings and sales viewing booking instance. In addition, your consultant will provide guidance on how to optimize your lettings and sales viewing booking process including:
