How it Works
1. Copy of enquiry emails automatically forwarded to LeadPro
Set up a forwarding rule from the inbox where your portal enquiries are received to a special LeadPro email address unique to you. You will still receive all portal enquiries as normal.
2. Enquiries replied to with your questionnaire
LeadPro will automatically email the consumer a link to your fully customised questionnaire. The emails contain your branding and are sent from your chosen email address.
3. Consumer completes your customer questionnaire
LeadPro is able to intelligently track when consumers open the email and automatically remind them to complete your questionnaire when needed.
4. Fully qualified consumer details emailed to you
As soon as a consumer completes your customised questionnaire you will be emailed the contents of the original enquiry plus the answers to your custom questions.
